Dave has proven himself a highly skilled operator in writing successful applications for grants to advance our efforts in community-building in the Long Gully area of Bendigo. Thanks to his initiative in pinpointing just the right funding sources and framing his submissions to maximum effect, Dave has made it possible for our group to run imaginative programs and projects which would otherwise never have happened.
His understanding of what we’re about and unerring ability to make good things happen have been fundamental in creating a vibrant and hugely positive presence in one of the most socially disadvantaged areas of our city.
